Hawaiian Airlines FAQs
Hawaiianairlines.com Return Policy?
Hawaiian Airlines has a Travel Voucher Terms and Conditions policy. A Travel Voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, and entitles the passenger named on the Voucher to a credit for the amount of the Voucher towards the purchase of any available Hawaiian Airlines published or web fares. All flights are subject to seat availability at the time of reservation. Travel Vouchers are valid for use on flights booked up to one year from the date of issuance, even if the flight occurs after the one-year period of validity. Any remaining balance will then be forfeited. Travel Vouchers are not valid for services, products or fees, including, but not limited to, baggage fees, fare differences for changes to previously issued tickets, in-flight amenities, such as beverages and snacks, purchase of HawaiianMiles, vacation packages, car rentals or hotels, and payment for special services, such as unaccompanied minor fees.
As for the shipping policy, Hawaiian Airlines Cargo offers flexibility and efficiency for all kinds of shippers. If you're shipping cargo between Hawaii and the continental US, you must be a Known Shipper. For shipping wholly within the state of Hawaii, the weight may not exceed 150lbs. per piece. For shipping to/from Continental US or international destinations, maximum weight is determined by container and airplane type. It’s important to pack your shipment securely so it is protected throughout the flight and arrives damage-free. Here are some basic tips: Shipments must be packed to withstand a minimum 48 hour transit time regardless of the service level requested or provided. Don’t use worn or old cardboard boxes, use proper inner packing (i.e., Styrofoam, bubble wrap) and do not over pack. Perishable items, which may leak, must be packed in solid, leak-proof boxes, containers or bags. Ensure your package is labeled correctly. Each piece must be legibly and durably marked with the name and address of both the Shipper and Consignee. Hazardous materials/dangerous goods shipment must comply with the Dangerous Goods Regulations by International Air Transportation Association (IATA). Live animal must be in approved cages or species appropriate shipping containers.
